(1) Vendor needs to provide restroom renovation project services to the government authority located in Salem, MA.– Furnish and install new circuit breakers in existing panel board.– Furnish and install new branch circuits.– Furnish and install new junction boxes and pull boxes.– Furnish and install new light fixtures, occupancy sensors, switches, etc.– Furnish and install new wiring devices, wall plates and branch circuit wiring.– Furnishing, installation and connections of all lighting fixtures and lamps, including contactors, time switches and other required control equipment as shown on the drawings.– Make final connections of power and control wiring as required by equipment installed by other trades.– Provide manual starters for fractional horsepower motors that operate at 120V with red pilot lights.– Provide all sleeves, hangers, supports, inserts, anchors, bolts, etc., required for the installation of this work.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 21, 2026.
