(1) Vendor needs to provide technology refresh service to the government authority located in Yadkinville, NC. – Provide professional design, installation, and implementation services for the technology refresh of the systems that support the county.– Includes the replacement and upgrade of the detention center's video surveillance and recording system, door control system, access control system, intercom system, dedicated network infrastructure, associated control workstations, and battery backup (UPS) systems that protect the mentioned hardware.– Video surveillance and recording.– Electronic access control.– Intercom and communications.– Software platforms and licensing.– Perform a comprehensive evaluation of the existing detention center technology environment.– Identify any deficiencies, incompatibilities, or infrastructure improvements necessary to support the proposed solution.– Design a complete replacement solution for the detention center technology environment.– IP addressing.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026.
