(1) Vendor needs to provide fiber backbone service to the government authority located in Boulder, CO. • Backbone consists of a pair of city–owned, parallel 2–inch conduits with one conduit containing a 432–strand fiber optic cable deployed and spliced to provide citywide coverage.• Utilize in the network in a manner that will promote broader availability of broadband within the community, increase service offerings to the community, recoup the city’s investment, and, to the extent feasible, provide a number of additional community benefits concerning discounted service offerings, equity, pricing, privacy, environmental governance, and other public benefits.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 25, 2026.
