QUALITY-2954 - USA (Salem, Virginia) - Drug and Alcohol Testing Services - Deadline September 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide drug and alcohol testing services to the government authority located in Salem, VA. – Provide a comprehensive drug and alcohol testing program for the agency.• Agency compliance testing:– Random controlled–substances and alcohol testing shall be administered at not less than the minimum annual percentage rates established by agency for the applicable calendar year, currently fifty percent (50%) for controlled substances and ten percent (10%) for alcohol, based on the average number of agency–covered driver positions.– For post–accident and reasonable–suspicion testing, the contractor shall provide twenty–four–hour, seven–day–a–week contact availability and shall ensure that a qualified Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) and, when applicable, a qualified drug–testing collector arrive at a mutually agreed upon testing location and begin the collection process within two hours after notification by the agency.– Provide timely testing services within the agency, whether through a fixed collection site, a agency–designated location, mobile/on–site services, or a combination of these approaches.• Non–agency and pre–employment testing:– Pre–employment drug screening shall be provided for all applicable agency positions as defined by agency policy, including non–safety–sensitive positions not subject to agency regulations.– Non– agency random drug and alcohol testing shall be conducted at the frequency and annual percentage established by the agency in accordance with agency policy.– Non–agency reasonable suspicion, post–accident, return–to–duty, and follow–up testing capabilities, administered under the agency’s drug–free workplace policy and applicable Virginia law.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
