(1) Vendor needs to provide abatement and remediation services to the government authority located in Des Moines, IA. – Develop site–specific Abatement Work Plan and Health & Safety Plan (HASP) including emergency procedures.– Pre–job walk and occupant notification plan; schedule to minimize disruption.– Immediate stop–work, isolate area, emergency notification, and remediation steps defined.– Mold – visual inspection, air testing, and surface testing.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
