(1) Vendor needs to provide email communication services. • Email Communications– Creation, editing, formatting, and distribution of professional email communications – Drag–and–drop and/or template–based email design capabilities – Responsive email templates optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. – Development and management of branded email templates – Ability to incorporate the College’s logos, colors, fonts, images, and other brand standards – Personalized and targeted email communications – Mail merge and dynamic/personalized content capabilities – Scheduling of one–time, recurring, and event–triggered communications – Email list management and subscription management – Automated bounce and suppression management – Email testing and preview functionality – Ability to send communications to large and/or segmented audiences – Support for transactional and/or informational communications where appropriate • Contact Management– The solution should enable multiple College departments to effectively manage and communicate with distinct audiences and populations– Creation and management of contact lists and audience groups – Filtering based on academic, enrollment, geographic, engagement, or other data – Custom fields and attributes • Email Automation and Campaign Management– Provide tools to develop automated, multi–step communication campaigns, for multiple College departments.• Analytics and Reporting– Provide comprehensive reporting and analytics to enable multiple College departments to measure communication effectiveness.• Security, Privacy, and Compliance– vendor shall maintain appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the data of multiple College departments.• Users/Accounts (2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.
