Transcription Services Rebid 1

The District is releasing this solicitation with the intent to award a single contract for transcription services. The District is seeking a qualified transcription provider whose transcriptionists are adept in taking minutes at unstructured meetings with more than two (2) people speaking simultaneously and must be familiar with and adapt quickly to a variety of speaking styles and accents. Services include, but are not limited to, providing verbatim transcription services of the State Board of Directors meetings, Race Track Authority Board of Directors meetings, and Director related sub-committee meetings, and producing a Certified electronic version of the document containing the meeting transcripts in PDF format.
