TELCOM-3037 - USA (Florence, Arizona) - Intercom System Replacement - Deadline October 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide intercom system replacement to the government authority located in Florence, AZ. – A full upgrade of its existing intercom system, which has reached end–of–life. – To replace the existing system with a new, fully functional, VoIP–based intercom system that integrates with the facility’s existing door control system. – All intercoms must remain functional throughout the duration of the project, only allowing for minimal downtime when completely necessary. (2) A pre–bid conference will be held on September 22, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.(4) The contract period will be one year.
