DRA-11955 - USA (Denver, Colorado) - Utility Condition Assessments Services - Deadline November 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide utility condition assessments services to the government authority located in Denver, CO.– Professional condition assessment services of airport utility system infrastructure on an as needed basis.– Services will include condition evaluation, recommended action for sustained or enhanced operations, inventorying of systems investigated, and model data collection, modeling as pipe networks and implementation services.– Include providing digital models, condition reports and cost estimation of services to provide remedy for findings based on short–term and long–term recommendations.– Consultant will provide a determination of expected and remaining useful life for the assets inspected, a time frame for when recommended action needs to take place, and an estimated cost of the recommended action.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 5, 2026.(3) An optional pre–bid meeting will be held on October 29, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for two years.
