(1) Vendor needs to provide salary survey and benchmark compensation study services to evaluate the agency salary structure and compensation practices against relevant external labor markets to the government authority located in Boston, MA.– The system currently includes a broad and diverse set of job classifications across twenty–six (26) decision band method levels. – These classifications encompass the Agency’s full workforce, including individual contributors, managers, directors, senior directors, and executive leadership.– The consultant shall conduct a market salary survey using benchmark organizations comparable in size, mission, geographic considerations, business complexity, and workforce composition.– Salary ranges for each classification reflect a minimum, midpoint, and maximum.
