(1) Vendor needs to provide business crucial it consulting and managed services to the government authority located in Erie, CO.– Technology service providers for comprehensive managed IT and cyber protection services. – Responsibilities including IT operations, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, strategic IT planning, and escalated end–user support for all Town departments.– Consultant who delivers high–quality, reliable, and scalable services and identifies and implements IT best practices. – The selected vendor shall provide continuous monitoring to ensure network availability, performance, reliability, and device health, including proactive firmware updates and security patch management.– Safeguard the security of organizational data, network access, and backup systems. – Perform after–hours system updates, security patches, and maintenance activities to minimize user disruption and system downtime. – Serve as the primary systems administrator for all computing and telecommunications systems. – Maintain and administer the organization's network infrastructure, including computer hardware, operating systems, business applications, network configurations, and related computing environments. – Administer the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), SharePoint Online, Teams, and PowerShell administration for advanced configuration and management.
