(1) Vendor needs to provide legal services for right at home targeted homelessness prevention program to the government authority located in San Mateo, CA. – Provide legal consultation and advice related to housing stability, such as addressing lease violations, notices to vacate, habitability concerns, and other legal concerns.– Provide flexible financial assistance, housing–focused case management, and housing–related legal services.– Housing–related legal consultation and advice, landlord–tenant dispute resolution, eviction prevention assistance, and legal representation, as appropriate.– Providers to help participants resolve legal issues that threaten housing stability and increase the risk of homelessness.– Assist participants facing eviction or other housing–related legal proceedings.– Providing legal representation when necessary to sustain housing.– Housing–related legal services. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) A non–mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on September 10, 2026.
