EXTRA-72409 - USA (Islip, New York) - Multi-Space Parking Meter Program Upgrade and Related Work Service - Deadline August 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide multi–space parking meter program upgrade and related work service to the government authority located in Islip, NY. – Experienced vendor, or more than one experienced vendor, to improve the Multi–Space Parking Meter Program in selected municipal parking lots and streets, together with any related work that is required to effectuate same.– Proposals shall address the purchase and installation of new multi–space parking meter terminals, shelters, signs and signposts.– Proposals shall include the back–office software as well, with a system that can recognize different rates, hours of operation, and maximum time–limits for every paid parking space based on day of week, time of day, and by facility.– The system should be zone and space number–based (not license plate based) and users shall be capable of extending parking transactions by phone where the parameters set forth by the agency allow.– Proposers shall be responsible for managing accounts, transactions, and customer service issues.– Proposers shall be able to integrate all forms of payment transaction data into the agency’s pay station transaction account system and shall provide secure administrative password access to the back–office system to authorized agency personnel for financial accountability, reporting, ad hoc querying, revenue reconciliation, and summons adjudication.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 15, 2026.
