(1) Vendor needs to provide adaptive traffic control services to the government authority located in Naples, FL.– Adaptive Traffic Control Systems that reduce congestion and improve traffic flow at and through signalized intersections.– System will optimize traffic signal operations, improve mobility, and enhance safety through real–time adaptive signal adjustments based on traffic conditions.– The system’s capability to dynamically adjust signal timing parameters including phase timing, cycle length, sequence, and offsets; and all hardware, software, communications, and ancillary components necessary to provide a fully functional Adaptive Traffic Control (ATC) system.• Video detection. • Radar detection. • Hybrid detection approaches. • Detection redundancy. • Data collected from field detection. • Cybersecurity considerations. • Cloud versus on–premises deployment options.
