(1) Vendor needs to provide custody and safekeeping service for marketable debt securities to the government authority located in Soldotna, AK. – Proposer must be a financial institution which offers master custody and safekeeping services to institutional funds in the normal course of business, and has a correspondent relation with a national money center bank.– Investment Management– Compensation for Services– Services Requiring Prior Instruction: The proposer will be required to:• Pay cash versus delivery for securities purchased.• Transfer cash to commercial bank accounts.• Release and deliver securities versus payment of cash for securities sold.• Release and deliver collateral securities.– Custody and Safekeeping Requirements: The proposer will be required to meet certain minimum standard of contract performance which are listed below for the custody of cash and marketable securities and the clearing of transactions in marketable debt securities.– Accounting Standards: The proposer will be required to meet certain minimum standards of contract performance which are listed below relative to its accounting for cash and marketable debt securities, and the clearing of transactions therein.– Reporting Standards: The proposer will be required to meet certain desired standards of contract performance which are listed below relative to its reporting on the cash and marketable debt securities held for the account of the agency and its clearing of transactions in marketable debt securities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.
