Vendor needs to provide jail health and methadone services to the government authority located in Seattle, WA.• Provide methadone continuation medication administration for those coming into jail already on verified methadone in the community• On site methadone induction services for patients eligible and desiring methadone. This includes necessary provider assessments.• Daily (every calendar day) methadone administration across both jail facilities.• Plans for implementing and providing induction services. Implementation will likely require a phased approach,• Care coordination, care navigation, and re–entry services• Routine coordination and programmatic review with Jail Health Services• Data provision including dosing logs, summary of clinical services, critical incidents, diversion incidents, and other related service data.
