Description

Αντικείμενο της Σύμβασης είναι η αγορά συμβουλευτικών υπηρεσιών από εξωτερικούς συμβούλους για νομικές, φορολογικές, λογιστικές και άλλες εξειδικευμένες υπηρεσίες, για την υλοποίηση της πώλησης Χαρτοφυλακίου Μη Εξυπηρετούμενων Δανείων («Συναλλαγή»). Η διαδικασία και μεθοδολογία να είναι σύμφωνη με τα απαιτούμενα από τις εποπτικές αρχές/ κατευθυντήριες γραμμές και να προσαρμοστεί κατάλληλα στα δεδομένα του ΟΧΣ.
