(1) Vendor needs to provide expanded safety audits and vision zero services to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.• Project management• Building of local teams to conduct safety audits• Identification of safety audit sites• Conduct of safety audits• Build audit teams and ensure team members will understand roles, responsibilities, and expectations for participating in safety audits.• Identifying locations for safety audits and a guide for conducting the audits, with a summary report template.• Developing and documenting a prioritization methodology for selecting locations for safety audits.• Responsible for working with each jurisdiction to develop the final report to include short, medium, and long–term countermeasures to improve safety.• Materials from each safety audit conducted, to include site identification process, data collection forms, and final summary with findings and recommendations.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.
