Strom Thurmond Wellness and Fitness Center Renovation

This interior renovation will infill some double height spaces and reconfigure other areas within the existing building footprint. The total of new and renovated space, including support and administrative area, is approximately 38,000 square feet. Portions of the building will be occupied during this phased construction, and site coordination will be required with a separate roofing project that may overlap timeline.
