Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance and reporting service to the government authority located in Cambridge, MA. – To support it in regards to data monitoring, transformation, and IRS reporting in compliance with the affordable care act (ACA) for applicable large employers for the anticipated tax years of 2026, 2027, and 2028. – Identify city data and develop a plan addressing file exchange that includes to frequency, format, and mode of receiving and transmitting files securely.– Provide a final report to the city that documents ACA compliance data, including transmission receipts and other communications with regulatory agencies.– Determine ACA eligibility of city employees, retirees, and COBRA members and allocate appropriate IRS codes.– Generate accurate 1095s for all eligible employees including retirees and COBRA members.– Maintain secure and encrypted work environment for file sharing and storing project data.– Provide city with access to the above data.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
