(1) Vendor needs to provide automated compliance and data integration system.– provide products, services, technical approaches, and industry best practices related to automated compliance and data integration systems– Full integration with the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse to support automated electronic queries, notifications, and disqualification workflows– Automated, real–time (or near–real–time) electronic query and retrieval of driver–specific data from the agency system, consistent with 49 CFR Part 382, Subpart G.– Automated ingestion and processing of medical certification data from the agency, including certificate issuance, renewal, and expiration information.– System logic and workflow automation to trigger agency disqualification, cancellation, or notice actions based on agency prohibition status or expired/missing medical certification, with appropriate audit trails.– Driver and staff notification functionality (e.g., system–generated correspondence or letters) related to prohibition, disqualification, or certification status.– Reporting and dashboard tools to support internal monitoring of backlog reduction, processing timeliness (e.g., disqualification actions completed within 10 business days), and other performance metrics.– Ongoing hosting system, maintenance, security, and support services, including any subscription, licensing, or professional services fee structures.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
