(1) Vendor needs to provide InterRAI assessment evaluation service. – Review processes for assessment intake, assignment, scheduling, and administration; assessor training and competency; quality assurance and auditing; scoring and algorithms; Level of Care (LOC), Level of Need (LON) and budget–tier determinations; appeals, exceptions, and variances; and reporting and use of results. Identify strengths, challenges, risks, and opportunities for improvement.– Data and Assessment Analysis: Analyse current and historical assessment data to evaluate reliability, validity, consistency, integrity, trends, and outcomes. Document analytical methodology and findings to inform recommended revisions or replacement algorithms.– Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct interviews, focus groups, and observations with agency staff, program leadership, quality assurance/appeals personnel, and participants.– Recommendations and Improvement Options: Provide actionable recommendations and options to improve assessment integrity, reliability, validity, quality assurance, algorithms, LOC/LON/budget determinations, and variance processes.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 5, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
