(1) Vendor needs to provide expert–level emotion–focused professional learning, curriculum develop and implement services to the government authority located in Goshen, NY.– Provide comprehensive professional learning and coaching services to educators, staff members, and administrators of component school districts. – Development of and implementation of Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) model programming– Assessment of school and district preparedness to manage crisis using the CISM model.– Development of and implementation of K–12 Social Emotional Learning (SEL).– Educational leadership, school/district management, & leadership development cantered on crises in schools, SEL models, and CISM models.– School culture and climate in during crises management.– Current emerging topics in SEL, CISM, counseling, emergency response, and crisis management.– Current research base of high–quality practice in SEL, CISM, counseling, emergency response, and crisis management.– Development of internal supports and development of SEL or CISM models in schools/districts.– Assessment of SEL, CISM, and similar nationally recognized models for emotion–focused support, instruction, and learning.– SEL and professional learning techniques.– CISM and professional learning techniques.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
