(1) Vendor needs to provide ai cloud data strategy solution• AI Workstream: Responsible for the on–premises high–performance computing and AI infrastructure. – Scope includes cluster inventory, workload characterization, utilization and performance analysis, capacity planning, and recommendations for scheduling, efficiency, and fairness.• Cloud Workstream: Responsible for defining the role of AWS in Moffitt's AI strategy. – Scope includes AI workload placement, landing zone and governance design, hybrid networking, and cost controls.• Security Workstream: Responsible for security posture across the on–premises and cloud environments. – Scope includes threat assessment, identity and access, network segmentation, data protection, secrets management, patching, and audit logging.• Data Workstream: Scope includes storage and consumption baselines, supporting data pipelines, and data product recommendations as necessary.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
