(1) Vendor needs to provide employee benefits third party administration and consulting services to the government authority located in Seattle, WA.– Provide accurate, efficient, and timely professional services for the administration of employee benefits under the agency employees benefits board program wherein eligible staff may elect medical, dental, vision, basic life, accidental death and dismemberment, and long–term disability coverage for self and eligible family members.– Providing customer service and responding to employee questions and support including but not limited to benefits eligibility and benefits coverage.– vendor to perform the full range of services related to the design, implementation, maintenance, communication, and improvement of its benefits administration services.– Ensure compliance with all agency–related legislative requirements stemming from adoption and enactment of regulations regarding benefits eligibility, enrolment, communication and billing.– Understand the benefit offerings through including plan choices, supplemental benefits, spousal and smoking surcharges and wellness incentive.– Provide timely communication of benefits eligibility to new hires, separations, and gains or losses of coverage.– Monitor the hours report for identification of employees meeting the 630–hour eligibility requirement.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
