(1) Vendor needs to provide landscaping, grounds and irrigation grounds maintenance services to the government authority located in Houston, TX.• Maintenance of turf and groundcover areas, mowing and edging.• Removal of litter and debris from turf, planter beds, fence lines and street curbs.• Pruning of trees and shrubs.• Application of chemical agents for control of weeds, plant disease and insects that are harmful to plant growth and pedestrians.• Monthly inspection and maintenance of irrigation systems by a licensed irrigator (provide evidence of such licensure). • Replacement of plant material. (2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will e held on September 29, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 06, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for two years.
