– Vendor needs to provide freelance strategic partnership and commercial advisor service. – Provide high–level strategic direction for the partner outreach necessary for a new multi–year campaign that aims to change public perceptions of low–carbon home heating.– Translating the campaign strategy and existing partner roles into strategic partner propositions.– Developing analysis of partner motivators and commercial considerations and use these to advise on the structure and content of tailored proposals for prospective partners.– Developing and advising on a recognition framework for funder partners, making recommendations on what is included in different funding packages.– Creating value propositions and structuring in–kind ask packages with a focus on reach and driving perception change across our partnership tiers.
