Vendor needs to provide ethernet transport services to the government authority located in Springfield, IL.• Ethernet services to provide wide area network (e.g. last mile) connectivity between state offices and the century network point of presence sites located.• Ethernet services with speeds between 100MB and 1GB, which can be delivered via Fiber.• Provide Ethernet service as part of its telecommunications infrastructure.• At a minimum, this service shall include the provisioning of high–bandwidth point–to–point and multipoint Ethernet connections.• Virtual local area network (VLAN) assignments to minimize VLAN Contention.• Multiple VLANs onto single parent circuit or circuits where applicable. • Handoff of aggregation circuits to ICN POP sites may be either single 1 Gbps circuits, multiple 1 Gbps circuits or 10 Gbps circuits.
