(1) Vendor needs to provide general construction service to the government authority located in Westborough, MA.• Renovation of a two–story structure, with basement, located at 20 Phillips Street• Construction includes gut renovations to the facility, an addition of an elevator, installation of new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, windows, roofing, finishes as well as exterior site work.• Scope also includes coordination with existing/new site utilities and coordination with the district's radio/dispatch vendors.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
