(1) Vendor needs to provide town center addition, project planning, design, construction and build services to the government authority located in Timnath, CO.– Professional architect–engineer and construction services for the planning, design, and construction of an addition to the town center building.– Facility expansion will be two–stories estimated to add approximately 6,800 s.f. to the existing town center. the expansion project will add office space, conference rooms, common areas, and restroom facilities.– Project shall include all aspects of design details and engineering (including Site Layout, Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, Furniture Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E), Parking Analysis, Storm Water Management and Landscaping).(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
