(1) Vendor needs to provide executive recruitment services to the government authority located in Harris, TX.– Position: – Executive Director, Director, Deputy or Assistant Director, Chief, Deputy or Assistant Chief, Senior Project Manager, Accountant, Physician, Social Worker. – Development of Search Specifications and Strategy: – • Conducting stakeholder interviews and organizational assessments to identify the County's goals, expectations, and cultural values.• Collaborating with County Human Resources and department leadership to finalize a detailed position specification, including a complete job description and ideal candidate profile.– Source Contacts, Prospective Candidate Identification and Evaluation: – • Proactively identifying and discreetly contacting potential candidates and professional sources.• Creation of marketing materials to include social media post, position brochures, and organizational fact sheets– Comprehensive Reports and Facilitated Candidate Presentations• An incisive professional analysis and appraisal of the candidate's qualifications, leadership style, and fit.• Reference reports, where available and permissible.– Final Selection Support and Offer Management• Confirm the salary requirements of candidates throughout the process to ensure alignment with the targeted compensation for the position.• Participate in the negotiation process to the extent requested or deemed necessary by County.(2) A pre–proposal conference will be held on August 18, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
