(1) Vendor needs to provide research dock construction facility service to the government authority located in Leipsic, DE.– Construct a new pre–engineered metal building including interior office and storage spaces and supporting electrical and mechanical systems, a new pre–fabricated aluminum fixed dock and connecting ramp supported by circular steel piles– Reuse scrap to the greatest extent possible; clearly separate scrap for use on site as accessorycomponents, including: shims, bracing, and blocking– Provide framing and blocking members as indicated or as required to support finishes, fixtures,specialty items, and trim– In metal stud walls, provide continuous blocking around door and window openings foranchorage of frames, securely attached to stud framing.– Where ceiling–mounting is indicated, provide blocking and supplementary supports aboveceiling, unless other method of support is explicitly indicated.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 7, ,2026
