STAFF-16505 - USA (Augusta, Maine) - Fair Hearing Officer Service - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fair hearing officer service to the government authority located in Augusta, ME.– Communicate with assigned agency staff regarding hearing scheduling, exhibit submission, and distribution of filings.– Conduct hearings in accordance with the agency Procedures Act, applicable federal regulations, and agency program guides, utilizing C2T digital recording services or a comparable recording service.– Within program timeframes, independently prepare and submit recommended decisions to agency for consideration and final agency action.– Handle transmission, use, access and storage of sensitive and confidential hearing materials, particularly in regard to PII (Personally Identifiable Information), in accordance with applicable regulations and best practices.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
