(1) Vendor needs to provide professional service for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services to the government authority located in Texas.– Including Construction and Project, Equipment Services, and Facilities to design, manage, and optimize systems for public buildings and infrastructure.– Such services will include, but not be limited to, modifying, redesigning, renovations and design of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing system.– Engineering services for the Adult Detention sprinkler head replacement and removal.– Chilled water line study.– Generator replacements.– Construction oversight on fuel tank replacement.– Engineering services for the plant cooling tower replacement.– Review and observation of final testing of new fire alarm devices at the Adult Detention Facility.– Engineering services for the design and construction of fuel oil tank replacement project.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
