(1) Vendor needs to provide drone show services. • The awarded contractor will deliver turnkey drone show productions, including creative development, flight operations, event coordination, and video content.– Provide a minimum fleet of 200 drones for each event.– Produce a 12– to 15–minute drone show for each event.– Develop event–appropriate creative content and custom animations.– Provide all show planning, production, coordination, and flight operations necessary to deliver eachperformance.– Provide one teaser video for social media at least two weeks before each event.– Provide a recap video of each completed show.• Event–Specific Creative Requirements– Winterfest: Holiday–themed show with a minimum of three custom animations.– Fiesta: Event–branded themed show with a minimum of five custom animations.– Stars and Stipes: Holiday–themed show incorporating pyrotechnics, with a minimum of three custom animations and three pyro animations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
