(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural services to the government authority located in Columbia, SC.– Provide all architectural engineering services on renovations, repairs, maintenance and new construction projects.– The scope of work may consist of feasibility studies, cost estimating, design documents thru record document phase, specification preparation, submissions for permit documents for approval of regulatory authorities, bidding & construction administration as required.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
