(1) Vendor needs to provide community development block grant rehabilitation housing project services to the government authority located in Palm Coast, FL.– Rehabilitate four single family homes for its Community Development Block Grant Housing Rehabilitation Program.– Comprehensive list of services including Water/Wastewater Management, Stormwater Management, Public Works, Administration, Economic Development, Finance, Information Technology, Parks & Recreation, Fire and Human Resources.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) A Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 18, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
