Request for Qualifications- Water, Sewer, & Stormwater Distribution Contractors

The City of Sumter, South Carolina intends to prequalify one or more experienced firms, partnerships, or individuals (Vendors) to establish a pool of vendors to perform construction, repair, rehabilitation, and specialty services for water, sewer, and stormwater distribution facilities on an as needed basis starting in FY27 (July 1, 2026).
