(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic communications and public information services.1. Communications Strategy and Planning: – Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy for Public Safety Facility engagement and referendum2. Public Information: – Assist with preparation of public notices, announcements, newsletters, press releases, fact sheets, talking points, and other communications3. Media Relations: – Develop relationships with local and regional media, respond to media inquiries, coordinate interviews, and assist Village officials and staff with media communications.4. Digital Communications: – Assist with content development and strategy for the Village website, social media platforms, electronic newsletters, and other digital communication channels.5. Community Engagement: – Recommend strategies and tools to improve communication and engagement with residents, businesses, community organizations, and other stakeholders.6. Branding and Messaging: – Assist with development of consistent messaging, visual communications, public–facing materials, and Village branding.7. Monitoring and Evaluation: – Monitor media coverage and public engagement. Provide recommendations for improving the effectiveness of Village communications.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.
