Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide HVAC system replacement services to the government authority located in Boise, ID.– Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to remove existing HVAC equipment and furnish and install the following new equipment:• Two (2) 250–ton water–cooled Mammoth air handling units.• Two (2) York Rooftop Units (RTUs).• Four (4) Make–Up Air Units (MAUs).• Demolition, removal, and disposal of existing Mammoth air handlers, RTUs, and MAUs.• Recovery and disposal of all existing refrigerants in accordance with applicable EPA requirements.• Complete factory startup and commissioning of all installed equipment.• Project cleanup and completion of all punch list items.• Provide project closeout documentation, including equipment installation, operation, and maintenance (IOM) manuals and redlined as–built drawings.• Provide equipment and piping identification labels.• Provide operational training for ACHD personnel, as appropriate for the completed project.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 4, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.
