MEDI-7964 - USA (Grand Rapids, Michigan) - 24x7x365 Occupational Medical Services - Deadline August 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide 24x7x365 occupational medical services to the government authority located in Grand Rapids, MI. • Conduct pre–employment physical examinations, comprehensive physical exams and drug testing as required on all conditional new hires• Conduct drug and alcohol testing on current employees in accordance with union contracts for reasonable suspicion.  Provider must be able to perform this function on a 24/7 basis• Conduct random, unannounced drug and alcohol testing on safety sensitive employees who drive or maintain vehicles that require Commercial Driver Licenses• Conduct and review laboratory results, x–rays, and other medical reports.  Evaluate reports and make appropriate recommendations as needed• Counsel personnel and job applicants about medical conditions and findings, and refer to appropriate follow–up care, when indicated.• Provide reports and medical opinions when applicable.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 6, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
