Vendor needs to provide data collection services for gender–responsive energy poverty assessment. – Provide Field Data Collection Services for a Gender–Responsive Energy Poverty Assessment.– The selected contractor will be responsible for implementing quantitative and qualitative fieldwork, data quality assurance, cleaning, transcription (where applicable), and delivery of complete datasets and fieldwork documentation. Statistical analysis, interpretation of findings, policy recommendations, and final analytical reporting are not included within the scope of this RfP and will be undertaken separately under a subsequent phase.O Review all background materials, including survey questionnaire, sampling guidance, focus group requirements, and data protection standards.O Conduct a kick–off meeting with teams to confirm implementation timeline, reporting arrangements, operational methodology, sampling technique most suited for reaching the representativeness at the country level, deliverables, and communication protocols.O Submit an Inception Note with a detailed timebound implementation plan, staffing structure, field deployment schedule, risk mitigation measures, and quality assurance framework.O The contractor shall provide expected distribution of the sample across key strata and subgroups, including anticipated margins of error where feasible.O Mobilize field personnel, supervisors, moderators, and data management staff immediately upon contract commencement.O Undertake continuous review of incoming survey data for completeness, consistency, duplicates, outliers, and logical errors during fieldwork.O Conduct back–checks on a minimum of 5% of completed interviews within 48 hours, verifying key variables and respondent authenticity.O Clean, validate, code, anonymize, and finalize quantitative datasets.
