Sealed proposals for furnishing the material for the Thunder Road Distribution Line, as specified, will be received on behalf of the City of Elizabeth City, North Carolina at office of Progressive Engineering Consultants, Inc., 4700-D1 Lebanon Road, Charlotte, NC 28227 on or before 2:30 p.m. local time on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at which time and place the proposals shall be publicly opened and read Contract Documents may be examined at the following locations: City of Elizabeth City Elizabeth City, North Carolina Progressive Engineering Consultants, Inc.
