(1) Vendor needs to provide design, engineering and construction service to the government authority located in Sylvester, GA. – Provide professional on–call airport design, engineering and construction administration services including, but not limited to, geotechnical and subsurface investigations and topographic surveying, environmental assessments, preliminary and final design. – Perform design, bidding and negotiation, construction administration, and resident inspection services. – Construct and rehabilitate airfield drainage systems.– Install and upgrade airport fencing and security systems.– Airport layout and terminal area plan development(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.
