NET-17300 - USA (Humble, Texas) - Data Center Services - Deadline October 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide data center services to the government authority located in Humble, TX. – Private Secured Cage with two method access (such as biometric, access code, keyed entry, badge) to support five 42U racks (shared racks space not preferred).– 5 Qty 42U standard server racks with keyed entry (district will provide their own L6–30 PDUs in rack).– Access to the district's e–rate WAN providers: PS Lightwave and Cogent, with existing service connections preferred.– Power – 20 to 75 kW power in standard datacentre 208 volts (currently utilizing 52 kW: 250a @ 208v).– Cooling – requisite air cooling for equipment up to 75kW of power usage.– Two sets of dual redundant A/B power whips per rack on protected power with L6–30 plugs providing either 20– or 30–amp service.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.
