(1) Vendor needs to provide window washing services on an as needed basis to the government authority located in Seattle, WA. – Provide window washing services on the agency buildings.– Items to be cleaned include, all interior and exterior glass, windowsills and beam ledges, all skylights, elevator glass, indoor and outdoor rail glass, smoke screen glass, relight glass, and canopies.• Provide all personnel, equipment (including brushes, pails, bosun chairs, ropes), supplies and transportation necessary and incidental to performing window and associated cleaning services:– Equipment to reach high interior spaces– Equipment to reach the Pike Street canopy and Skybridge cover(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years. (4) A mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on September 28, 2026.
