Request for Proposals for the Lease or Purchase of the Coffin Elementary School

The Town is requesting proposals from interested parties (referred to herein as the “Respondent”) to ground lease or purchase and redevelop the Property for housing purposes , in accordance with the requirements, restrictions, and preferences set forth in this RFP. It is the Town’s objective that the Property be redeveloped and used for housing in a manner consistent with the requirements and objectives established by the Town and set forth herein. The Property shall be ground leased or sold solely for a housing use. Proposals that contemplate any use other than housing will not be considered. The selected Respondent shall be required to use and develop the Property in accordance with the permitted housing use and all applicable requirements, approvals, restrictions, and conditions established by the Town and applicable law.
