Continuing Professional Planning, Urban Design, GIS, and Related Services

The City of Hollywood, Florida (the “City”) is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified professional consulting firms or integrated multidisciplinary consultant teams to provide continuing professional planning, urban design, geographic information systems (“GIS”), visualization, graphic design, public engagement, and related services on an as-needed basis. The City intends to establish a continuing professional services relationship that provides the Planning and Urban Design Division with supplemental professional capacity, specialized technical expertise, and access to multidisciplinary resources for both routine and project-specific assignments. Services may include, but are not limited to: Development review, zoning analysis, and current planning support; Preparation of staff reports, findings, recommendations, ordinances, resolutions, and presentation materials; Comprehensive planning, legislative planning, and regulatory analysis; Master planning, neighborhood and area planning, and special studies; Urban design, architectural peer review, three-dimensional modeling, rendering, and visualization; Advanced GIS, spatial analysis, data management, automation, scripting, and systems integration; Graphic design, branding, data visualization, and planning communications; Public and stakeholder engagement for major studies and planning initiatives; and Other related professional planning and technical services requested by the City. The City anticipates selecting one primary Consultant or integrated Consultant Team capable of providing the breadth of services described in this RFQ. Respondents may satisfy specialized portions of the Scope of Services through qualified subconsultants. The prime Consultant shall remain responsible for overall contract administration, coordination, quality assurance/quality control, invoicing, and performance of all subconsultants. The City reserves the right, subject to applicable procurement requirements, to select additional firms if the City determines that multiple awards would better serve its operational, technical, or project-specific needs. Services will be authorized only through City-approved task orders, work authorizations, purchase orders, or other written authorizations. There is no guarantee of any minimum quantity, value, or frequency of work under any resulting agreement. NOTE: DO NOT SUBMIT ANY PRICING AS PART OF YOUR PROPOSAL.
