Z94PS35-XX Request For Qualification

The Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (“MBTA”) is soliciting Statement of Qualification (“SOQ”) from qualified firms to provide architectural, design, and engineering services on an on-call, as-needed Task Order basis under a General Engineering Contract (GEC). The Proposer shall provide professional engineering, planning, and technical services on an as-needed basis to support capital planning and transition to design and construction for a broad range of transportation infrastructure and facility work, including, but not limited to, feasibility studies, asset inspections and condition assessments, review of maintenance records, life-cycle cost analyses, value engineering studies, permitting assessments, project scoping, preliminary engineering, project charters, conceptual and pre-design services, and asset management planning and lifecycle analyses.
