(1) Vendor needs to provide study and design services to the government authority located in Mount Holly, NC.  – Engineering to conduct a detailed study and prepare design plans for the removal and replacement of approximately 2,700 linear feet of aging asbestos cement (AC) waterline.– Engineering firms to provide study, design, permit, and possible construction administration services.– Develop engineered construction drawings and specifications for the removal and replacement of the AC line.– Identify and evaluate any environmental, topographical, or utility conflicts that could affect the design.– Preliminary engineering report summarizing findings from site assessment, alignment options, and recommendations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 10, 2026.
